Alison Temperley
Alison’s range of clients is broad and includes senior executives and their teams in large international legal, consulting and accountancy firms including Linklaters, Allen & Overy, EY and McKinsey. She has worked extensively in Europe, Asia, USA and Africa.
Alison is founder and Managing Partner of ATD Partners where she specialises in diversity delivering many women’s leadership programmes to professional services clients and more recently helping her clients tackle the diversity challenge with BAME professionals.
Alison has an MA in organisational psychology from the Tavistock and is a member of the Association for Coaching. She is a qualified MBTI practitioner and sits as a lay member on the British Psychoanalytic Council’s ethics committee.
After taking an Economics degree Alison qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC where she worked in client facing roles before taking on the role as Head of Career Development for the tax and legal practices.
